In the Non-English speaking Countries, especially in multi-lingual Europe, still many national “siloed” Events are held instead to scale and connect internationally. Though we start to list some national Events as connecting Hub also with your Input:

GERMANY
The German Health Conference Systems are still siloed and fragmented and we don’t see yet synchronization and convergence of established Conference Platforms. Very often we hear the same Speakers on the different national and regional conferences and most Conferences offer only German speaking panels and discussions and we don’t see the international pioneers and keynote speakers on the panels – though it is too often just second or third hand knowledge of the established national panelist. In total the Germans calls their Health Conference System “The Circus”.
