As a founder of a company in the field of organizational and personnel development, working focus on moderation and support of change, team and leadership processes, I have gained a clear focus for the needs and challenges of my clients. For more than 11 years I have accompanied organizations in their change processes during restructuring, new acquisitions or mergers, in the individual development and coaching of their managers, in the mediation and consulting of conflict situations, in the development and leadership of teams, in the development of realizable leadership models. As a self-employed entrepreneur, I work for various clinics, clinic groups and hospital groups, as well as for the automotive industry. Before that, I was employed as an HR manager with a project developer in the field of renewable energies, where I was responsible for the development of the personnel department, the search for best fit employees and the development of the company’s own academy with the aim of internal qualification and training. Claudia is Co-Chair of the Advisory Board of THE HEALTH CAPTAINS CLUB.
