Ulrich is the founder of v. PRITTWITZ and GAFFRON HR Management based in Frankfurt am Main and Berlin. Shortly after being admitted to the bar, he decided to change his profession, founded an e- commerce start-up and subsequently worked in an executive search company. In 2003, he decided to found his own company specializing in the search and identification of top executives for the healthcare and social economy sector. Which innovations are changing the markets?
