Dipl.-Kfm. Karl von Thurn und Taxis is an independent consultant with focus on health care (especially hospitals, residential homes for seniors, industry and service providers). He is managing director of the Thurn und Taxis Consultancy in Germany and the Czech Republic and member of several advisory and supervisory boards in Germany and abroad. His advisory focus lies on restructuring, digitalization, marke-ting, coaching, system partnerships with industry and service providers. From 1982 until 2008 he worked in several senior management positions for the German Order of the Knights of Malta ending with the position as chairman of the MTG Malteser Trägergesellschaft gGmbH and as member of the managing board of the Holding Deutsche Malteser gGmbH. Over years he was also engaged in association work.
