Monique Reber graduated with an M.A. in Prevention and Health Management. She has been working in healthcare for 7 years. As an expert in preventive health and process and organizational consulting, she supports companies in the area of employee well-being, mental and physical fitness or in (digital) organizational and process management. In doing so, she cooperates with many health insurance companies and helps to find the right concept for the area of employee health and corporate health management (BGM). She is also part of the business management team at a hospital in Hamburg, where she provides support in the commercial area and in process management.

In addition to her professional activities, Monique enjoys being involved in health clubs, organizing hackathons for the healthcare sector and providing support as a mentor.v
